as per my booking room is garden view but actually not a garden view only slum areas people see from the room window as not possible to remove curtain for outside view it's very embarrassing for my family

Lot of insects in the dining hall, Toilet dirty ( room 104 and 110), water leakage in room, naked electric wire in room, AC remote not working, because of loose access card holder frequent power cut in the room, water tank empty in the morning, electric kettles dirty and so on.

Room was good....but the staff are not cooperatable...all over experience is nice Cleaning is good.....but hotel food is not good.....and the receptionist in the night is not good The bed are not good
