Stayed here with family for a day.
Pros:
1. It is in close proximity to the Baba Baidyanath Temple, you can easily get an e-rickshaw/auto just outside the hotel which will drop you to the temple(approx 10 rs. per person) or you can walk(700 mtrs or so)
2. Rooms/Bathrooms are quite spacious.
3. Geyser and A/C works properly.
4. Beds were quite comfortable.
5. Balaji Restaurant food was quite good.
Cons:
1.Overall Set up is a bit outdated(feels quite old), needs an uplift.
2. Bathroom was not very clean but just did the job.

very nice hotel. my suggestion is pls book ac room in rainy and summer season. 700 meters to temple.

i didn’t stay in aditya plaza seeing the condition of the room. hotel manager made me wait as in he allowed someone to occupy my room. in front of me cleaner started cleaning the room which was unacceptable and i left the place. later on hotel charged me one night fare whereas i didn’t stay there even at the lobby more than 15 mins.

complimentary Bed Tea and breakfast is required also they have to work out for their service quality specially on room cleaning and clean bedsheets

If you want to stay for couple of nights then it's a descent choice. Yeah make sure you get to confirm the deals with the receptionist. in my case I called them earlier to clarify certain things and they completely changed when I got there.
