Room is too small 1day 1 night stay tha but bilkul bhi worth nhi tha boht chote room the bilkul bhi worth ni tha waste ho gye pese hmare🙁 , start hote hee room khtm ho gya tha but staff was good👍🏻

it was a very nice stay. we stayed there for 2 nights. we also booked breakfast and dinner which was very tasty.
no complaints at all. if you are looking for the best stay in Gulmarg then don't think and just book this hotel.
The hotel staff is also very good.

The hotel is at prime location, very close to taxi stand. The hotel has centralised heater and even have electric blankets in the room. Hot water is there 24 hours. Very good stay and also very helpful staff. They have buffet breakfast with multiple options and taste is also good

Nice hotel Excellent location cooperative staff Food was delicious
Water was the main problem sometime geyser was not working and sometimes water was not supplied by authorities
Hotelier didn't gave 20%discount on Foodand Beverages as mentioned in our booking voucher

Everything in this hotel is run by the whimsical attitude of its managers.There use to be water drops coming from the roof of our wash room just over the commode.No complementary water bottle.Foods are not sent to room even for ala carte . everything was very disorganised.I can't recommend any one to stay here.If you don't get alternative locations,it is better to stay at Srinagar and come to Gulmarg from there.
