tv not working, switches are broken, bedsheet in bad condition, ac temperature is fixed by hotel, you cannot change, over all waste of money.

I had booked room with bath tub..but they didn't provide room like that..bathroom didn't have a mug even..location is good..very near to the airport..room is okk..spacious..well lit room..
easy check in..no distrubance..room was fine.. comfortable..

worst hotel experience i've ever had, they had worst quality of food. room is unhygenic, bathroom is not clean, no hot water available in bathroom infact their flush is not working in bathroom and also they charged me for small things infact they charged me for water bottle, litterally the most disgusting staff. i recommend please don't go there

Service is very bad, and cat was laying on the bed, unhygienic, food service very bad, morning breakfast not given timely, after 10 am to 10.30am they provide morning breakfast, for morning breakfast need to call 5 to 10 time after then they was given me breakfast, which was very bad experience for me.

hotel rooms are very small and there is no difference between deluxe or standard. bathrooms are also not clean.worst experience ever in my life.the staffs were very unprofessional.the rooms were dirty with cockroach and insects in it .we didn't even get the room we booked. they told there is no more room left we have to adjust in the room that was left and they promised us to give the room next morning but the room was same which was dirty 😑 location is near the airport but there are many hotel options nearby. the receptionist was very rude. didn't know how to behave.
