The location is good, but the tents are old, the property is not clean, the hospitality is very bad, they don't have all the food items available on the menu, they serve ala carte food according to their wishes, and it takes too much waiting time. Everytime we asked for some food they say it cannot be made, we asked for fresh lime soda, for that also they denied.

It has been wonderful experience due to internal ambiance and good hospitality. Their staff is very polite and serving properly. Location is also nice.

The location of the resort is good. Beautiful surroundings with a great view as the river flowing nearby makes it perfect. The service and support from the staff is not up to the mark. The manager is not supportive and seems like he doesn't feel happy to help

Nice ,Serene place near a small river and surrounded by green lush mountains. It's 20kms before Lansdowne.Decent stay , complimentary food tastes very good but not much variety. Tent can accomodate 3 people easily. Swimming pool can be used in the afternoon and evening. Morning it was empty. Swimming pool should be made available in morning also. staff is courteous specially Rajeev was seen catering guests day & night. Good for family as they listen to the needs of customers ,can customise accordingly.

Resort is full of natural beauty which is not available in the lansdowne hotels However food and hygiene is below average You will enjoy here and it's a best value of money

The resort is very good, ambience was good, however buffet doesn't seems to be a buffet. in buffet the hotel people were only ordering and providing us the limited food, we were paying the price for two but the food was according to the one person only and quality of the food was not at all good.
