I am writing to express my significant disappointment with my recent stay at Akshay Dream Stay in Gurgaon, from 01-Jul-2025 to 04-Jul-2025 booked through agency Go Ibibo
The primary reason for my dissatisfaction is that the room provided was not as confirmed during booking. I specifically requested and was assured a room with a balcony, but instead, I was assigned a room in the basement. This was a major letdown and significantly impacted my experience.
