I had a good time there. Cleanliness is maintained inside the hotel, hotel staff are helpful, and the hotel is located in the main market area.. near to csmt.

Good experience. Only just that the staff and the receptionist were a bit straight forward to talk on. Room didnot have a mirror though was a deluxe room. Windows were locked couldnt even dry clothes properly
Rest room was good neat and clean. Bathroom was nice.

After reaching around 12.30pm in afternoon the receptionist has asked us to wait for another 30 minutes and spoked to us in a very rude manner. Rooms were too dirty with no TV and bathroom was so small that as if it is made up for a child. The only plus point this property has is if you want to roam around Md.Ali road everything is nearby .
Rooms were very small if we talk about money.
Not worthy enough in that cost.
Cleanliness will give zero.
Passage is so small to crosswalk and all the luggage were kept in between.
No recommended for families
