Didn't give the booked room, only give single room at check in, said that after check out of other room they will provide the double bed room. This is very bad. Gave room at 06:30 pm.

rooms are so much narrow. unfresh. more cockroach there. I mention over there two adult and two kids. but they are provide only a bed for two person. so sad. I never go again in future.

The management repeatedly switches off the ac of the room from the DB installed in ground floor.
Intercom was not working....so I had to go down from my room on 3rd floor all the way to reception on ground floor to request them to switch on the ac again.
