The washroom was unhygienic a very bad place to stay in the Alfa heritage ,and it is uncleaned and the shower didn't work. The worst experience here at this hotel ,staff was not cooperating and I'm very unhappy with the place

Insects and cockroaches were roaming freely and inspite of reminders the staff didn't clean them
Bathroom fittings were broken or partially functional

Pathetic hotel. Reality is different than Pictures. It was worst experience ever. Full congested, pests and awe ful environment.

It is a convenient location from Byculla Station. The premises is absolutely clean.
Staff is kind and supportive.

Pleasant stay, the hotel is very close to the byculla flyover, gateway of india is 3.5km from here. I reached at 2am at night and there was no hassle to check in and stay was comfortable

The rooms were too small and not to talk about the washroom. Would never book again and recommend to all not to ever stay there.

And not any window.
