The way hotel Alfa International is promoting itself is far from reality. I stayed in room 102. Very Old and dirty Linen, bedding and towels. Even no Hand wash, no shower gel. No chairs too. No toiletries kit,,, Many more to say. Both the staffs are busy with their phone only. Complimentary Breakfast was so so,,,, Anyway,,,,,,,

No complementary breakfast served as per the description. Room size is around 80 sq against the commitment of 180 sq feet. Only one bottle of 500ml water served. No chair or sofa available as per description. Room was changed.

room is clean, but mosquito 🦟 are there. room service is very poor, my breakfast was missed due to late service of breakfast ie after 9 am. Also there is no kitchen service, food provided from outside. Not provided Glass or cup for tea / water drinking.
So without proper room service, no value of any hotel....so please improve your service overall.

There is no cleanliness in terms of room hygiene. Staffs were helpful however There was no proactive service I saw, I used to always asked them to do that cleaning and every stuff. Corridor were smelling but staffs didn't felt anything. They were keep telling me that I am the first person who raising all these concerns which was really annoying at that moment. The hotel location is excellent , it is near by the Mumbai International airport just 2.5 kms away from that and the hotel manager is very rude, not behaving properly with the customers, charging huge amount for early checking and also refusing to give invoice for the amount what we paid and the rest of the service give house keeping departments are excellent
