the hotel staff was horrible did not provided me water to drink and hot water for refreshment. the hotel owner moin is very rude . the bed sheet was stingy and tv was not working instead of asking them many times.highly not recommending this hotel to anyone.very bad experience.

I have a little baby of 10 months old. I have booked the hotel and reached there at about 0800 AM. As the check in policy says check in time 0100 PM. They arranged a room for us. Very helpful behavior of staff.

जो दिख रहा है होटल का नाम नहीं होटल का नाम चेंज है और जो व्यक्ति कंसिस्टेड एरिया में नहीं रहना चाहता होटल ना करें हमें भी पहली बार में समझ नहीं आएगी होटल कहां है एक दो फीट की गलियों में मिलती है ना पार्किंग की व्यवस्था न कुछ और इतने पैसे के लायक होटल नहीं है जो इसको मैनेज करता है बहुत-बहुत अच्छा है बहुत अच्छे इंसान है

Room is nice. Good bathroom arrangements. Hotel looks bad from exterior but inside is more than satisfactory. near to main market place at mahabaleshwer. overall a good stay except the surrounding environment of the hotel.

Hospitality is there priority. Budget Hotel. Idea for stay. Overall 6+ ratings. No hot water problem. Prime location. Main market 200 metres. Safety, baby food available & privacy.

No tubelight present in room, after my complaint the tubelight from other room was replaced, TV was absent, TV was later installed but Dish tv recharge was over. The view from room is of under instruction rooms. Room was clean but linen was dirty and poor quality of room.
