Not recommended. Booked 4 rooms for a function at Kollam. Hotel rules are age old. Eg: no visitors allowed after 7.00 pm.

there is no scope of negative rating which you actually deserve. so I've to rate the 1 star. when we had arrived (2.40pm, 28/12/23) at the property they had denied booking. we tried to contact the customer care but yet to get the full refund. your unprofessionalism had spoilt our vaccination .

It is a great resort with pool , spacious room. I took Lake view room. It was very comfy and well furnished. Restaurant was good too. The best thing is it's stunning view of the ashtamudi. They have boat house too if you want to book. Overall great stay experience.
