Awesome resort ; A must visit place to view the scenic beauty of Hills, staff are very nice and jovial, we will recommend this resort to our friends and family as we reach our house,This resort is situated in mesmerizing landscape and sherpa viewpoint is situated only 2 kms from this resort,In this resort all the amenities are present for a good living.

Terrible attitude and unprofessionalism at the reception. There was no one to take the temperature or give sanitizers. null of the staff wore masks. The manager when confronted said that they need not wear masks and follow any Covid norms as they were vaccinated. We are from Bengal and vaccinated. But they wanted RTPCR Report of my daughter who is 15. Two tired kids and we were kept waiting even after requesting as one side of my daughter's ID was not submitted. Very poor experience . Not upto the mark. Had a very bad experience. Service is very very slow. NO Proper Manpower at the resort.

property is good but service is very very bad. only three staff since morning to night to provide service in breakfast, lunch and dinner.
