The place is located so close to the beach! The staff is so friendly and helpful.. The stay was very nice. You can enjoy the pool as late as you want to. No restrictions for anything. Had fun!! 😊

Horrible stay, room was not clean, washroom was smelly with stains, ac and fan was not working, no power backup, avoid staying at this hotel

What ever is mentioned in the amenities most of the things are not provided. At the time of check-in rooms are available but still they didn't provide the early check-in. We have to convince them first then only did they provide. Only one person is responsible for taking care of everything. For food they are charging a lot, for example for breakfast a amount of 750 is charged but there is no chef. They are also out sourcing the food from outside.

Property is located very near to morijim beach. The property is good. Parking is outside the hotel area. But there are lot of negative points of this hotel- 1. No roti/chapati/bhakari /chinese/no authentic goan food here. 2. No TV in any room and staff fails to lie it. 3. Room cleaning service is slow 4. AC pipe's water keeps on dripping in bathroom area. 5. Bathroom is stinky. 6. Beds are NOT at all comfortable 7. Firstly the room fan & AC was not working, and then we shifted the room, this room again had ants in bathroom and over the bed, the caretaker was okie were there but not responding to queies as they do not have the authority to do it. Towels were not cleaned and when we asked to get the new towels they just dried the same towel and gave us back. We asked for the cancellation but no one responded and owner was no picking the phone . TV was not working too asked for the person to switch on the TV ...more
