the hotel was overhyped , and very much overpriced as compared to 5.5k charged..issues faced
1. there was central heating , and room was suffocating, even the hotel staff was called to adjust but he was unable to do so..
2. fan was making too loud sound whole night
3. bed were broken and we got a backache sleeping in such bed
4. breakfast was very average as compared to the price charged..
overall a bad experience as i could not sleep almost whole night due to this...

the water from the bathroom was flowing into the room during both days of the stay. the staff did nothing about it despite several reminders and compliants.

We were a pack of 6 people travelling with 3 senior citizens aged 84, 74 and 65, my mother was on wheelchair. Once we finished the hotel formalities and checked into our respective rooms, Room 210 and Room 211 and made the senior citizens settled in Room 211, after 10 mins the manager in the hotel send the attendant that we will have to leave Room 211 as there is a booking of that room. Great place to stay with breakfast and full kitchen to order anytime. In very good neighborhood and has access to restaurants, shops and metro. Good hotel for families. Sandy was really helpful in guiding us throughout the stay. Rajpal is an awesome driver who took us wherever we want at a reasonable price in delhi.
Mattress was comfortable and bathrooms were spacious as well.
There is nothing I could complain about, my family really loved the stay and hospitality.

The Service & Food Quality can be improved, the major disappointment is cleanliness.
I have to go for office early but unfortunately breakfast wasn't ready upto 8 AM while the canteen time 7AM.
