Room is good but hygiene is ZERO. They served breakfast with dirty cutlery with food stain on it. When showed to them they gave a lame excuse that they were very busy with previous night order and was unable to clean it. Even the water kettle was dirty that was in the room.

The cleanliness could have been much better in some areas of the hotel. The stay was nice, but window view was small compared to other 5 star hotels taking the same amount
