Hotel staff and Room service are not upto the mark. Not recommended for corporate stay. Staff is very poor in understanding corporate requirements.

breakfast package was for 220/- written in their menu ..they chrged me 450 instead. intentionally they provided package items as ala carte to raise the bill ...rude behaviour of receptionist and manager. avoid this property straightway

i have stayed in this hotel previously also on many occasions. but unfortunately the hotel service have degraded to such low level that it beyond words. i had booked the room seeing the picture but since I had pre paid I was informed that the room is not the one I booked hence had to pay for so called upgrade. had to argue as breakfast was also billed. house keeping also worst. No hospitality at all. Staff are lazy arrogant. i can keep on writing but the least is this.

The hotel is clean, food is good. The service is not that quick had to call the reception quite a few times.

Curtains of the Room doesn't block the view so neighbors can see what's happening actually in side the room. There's no Mirror in the room. Washroom mirror is gone and doesn't give clarity.

good hotel. location is very good. clean room. staffs are also friendly. mainly the hotel is absolutely at my working area and comfortable to stay location is the most important factor.

Very nice room. Neat and Clean but curtains dust needs to remove the with a air cleaner, otherwise everything is good.
