there is no management in hotel, staff was not aware of my booking
towels were not clean, no tv, no exhaust
food was horrible, they burnt very basic poha
totally waste money

I booked in night and no staff picked up my call or came at reception to let me checkin. It is so unprofessional, I can see staff sleeping in the room unlocked and making it look so unsafe. Worst experience ever.

One of the worst hotel, It’s not a hotel
It’s the hospital. No water in the flush, mosquito, wifi not working
I won’t recommend anyone to stay in that hotel

Experience was worst. When visited to hotel they said we don't have any room and asked us to shift to some other hotel. On saying that where we will go now, you have to make some arrangements then they said please contact yourself to the person whose number is shown at your booking. Then after a lot of hustle they said to check for room in other hotel. After almost 1 hour they found one hotel where we were shifted
