Do not book this hotel. The rooms provided to us were very very small and totally different from the pictures provided here. The receptionist was very rude and not helpful at all. We asked so many time to change our room but even though the rooms were empty he did not change. Very disgusting hotel and pathetic experience. They are only scamming guests by giving small rooms. Do not go on pictures provided here, they are not true.

The rooms were neat, service was prompt, and the location is ideal for both business and leisure. The staff was courteous and made sure everything went smoothly. Will surely visit again

I had a comfortable and pleasant stay at Hotel Amber Palace. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the staff was courteous and helpful. The location is convenient, especially for those traveling around Mumbai. I also liked the food served—it was fresh and tasty. The ambiance of the hotel is decent for both short and extended stays. Overall, it was a good experience.

Horrible experience !! Firstly the location of the hotel in the direction is wrong, it takes somewhere else 1km away from the hotel. Secondly, the hotel rooms were pathetic, there is some or the other problems in all of their rooms. Some have water leaking problems from the ceiling, other don't have DTH connection, the rooms were soo dusty and dirty with all big cockroaches roaming around, spider webs on all the furniture. This hotel is not good at all...it's located in very slum kind place... Also staff is not polite they talk very rudely n give cheap looks .... Rooms are extremely small like shuru hote hi khatam ho Gaya.... Even for 3 adult accommodation they didn't gave us extra mattress.... We jst came 15 min early than check-in they were asking us extra 750rs for early check-in.... Totally waste of money.... . Taxi walas will take u to best hotels n with cheap n safe places....

Staff is really good and helpful. Mr. Shabbir and guys at reception will help you with anything. Food is good. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Overall a 6 start service and hotel.

Hotel is good in cleanliness, staff is very friendly, nice rooms. near to Marine drive.. traffic is little problem to reach here otherwise overall good experience.
