no one to attend... hotel was empty...not a single person was available to attend to our need

i stayed @ ambicas grand from 27th to 30th dec 2025, very clean rooms, staff behavior was good, food was awesome, price was very reasonable, 1 plate biriyani (rs 300/-) is enough for 2 people, 1 plate chilli chicken (rs. 300/- ) 15 pcs was also delicious.... 1 plate chicken fried rice (rs 260/-) provided with raita is enough for 2 people... and basement parking is also an added advantage for safety and security for the car... i will stay there in future also... santo anna, the manager is really a good man...

the main business for this hotel is marraige hall they don’t focus on hotels at all. all the rooms are in pretty bad shape all the walls have crack faded colours. room service and house keeping is the worst. they don’t listen to anything. tv was not working for all 3 rooms and they did not fix for 3 days. breakfast here never pay for breakfast. i paid 1000 rs extra for breakfast a day and everyday we got only idli and vada. we booked for 3 days rooms were not cleaned everyday even the complimentary water i had to call at night. it’s listed as 3 star property which is completely wrong.

no room service daily and no replace towels, soaps and shampoos every day and rooms are little smelly.

Intercom and Wi-Fi is not in working in room no. 205. Bathroom jet is not working properly. AC is Excellent. Room space Excellent. Employee behaviour is also very nice. staff very cooperative. Location of Hotel is also very nice. Average

They initially denied giving me a room and asked me to cancel because they've been fully booked. After a lot of arguments they made me wait for 2 hours before giving me the room. Even when they made me wait there was no AC or fan in the lobby. I had come there after a 14 hour journey and they did not even have the courtesy to turn on the fan/AC or even offer water.
