Stayed here in April. The location and concept of the property are good, but the experience could be much better. The room wasn’t clean when we arrived — dust was visible on surfaces, and we had to ask for cleaning right away. The rooms definitely need better maintenance, especially given the tariff. Also, while meals were included, the choices were extremely limited, with only one or two basic options available.
Overall, when you’re charging premium room rates, the hospitality, service quality, and guest experience should align. Unfortunately, that balance was missing here.
