very poor service showing breakfast included and actual not given good breakfast even tea also not included in breakfast

the worst place to stay. unclean rooms, water draining from A/C & entire room was wet bcoz of it, unclean Bedsheets and towel. Even after asking for a change of room also, they said we know that this A/c issue, but we don't have any other rooms now.so is that means I haven't paid money or ur giving me a free room..?? worst service. utterly disappointed.
