no internet no cable no towel no basic bathroom needs soap shampoo towel and hot water..staff doesn't know how to behave. .waste of money..never even dream to visit this place..owner switched off his phone and never responded back.

Very very poor service. Room quality is below average, no towels given - geyser not working. Lift also wasnt working, we had to climb up 3 floors with two senior citizens. This is completely unnacceptable service.

hotel was really well maintained...clean and hygienic...staff very friendly...hotel could be more flexible on late check out....food is good but expensive...but there are lot of good eateries outside. walking distance to main attractions in Amritsar...they also arranged car for Wagah border who was 20% more expensive but premium worth it since service was good. clean bathroom and comfortable rooms

stay was ok. breakfast was horrible. not at all upto the mark. only 2-3 things available that too not good. asked the staff about same and was informed buffet was not kept as guest were less. i don’t understand what kind of answer was that. i have paid 600 rs more for breakfast and service i get is below standard.

good location. walking distance from golden temple. decent food. did not have any windows in the room but cant complain about that looking at the location. value for money.
