condition of room was really dilapidated. Bed sheet hasn't been changed. How i passed one complete night , it's really difficult to explain. There is no lift provided and they alloted my room in 2nd floor. overall faced lots of difficulties. 1) unhygienic condition 2) untrained and unskilled staffs 3) no lift facility

I will not suggest anybody to stay at hotel anand. Wastage off money, very dirty, very bad smell over there.bed is very dirty.

The rooms were dirty, we had to change rooms. Washroom was also not clean. Linen was also not clean.

very poor service. they deny whatever is mentioned in their policies. they ask for extra money. when cancelled the booking gave back only 500rs

very worst property ,washroom was not clean ,no safe stay for females ,people who were staying on othr rooms were openly drinking and very noisy ..not at all good property to stay .......being a female i faced safety concern .won't recommend anyone to stay in this property..
