We were on vacation to Meghalaya and this was our last stoppage before heading to Guwahati and finally to Delhi. Although the entire vacation was excellent it was spoilt at the end due to this hotel and particularly its manager. He was extremely rude and loud. Even though it says that the location is in the police bazaar, don't be fooled by it. It's a dingy alley with most stinky smell and unhygienic condition. This is just like a only one room with no privacy , a big window is there in room and it is covered with curtains only and important thing is that windows are on corridor side.

7-8 Minutes walking distance from the Police Bazar. Amiable staff. Pick-up from the airport is available. Serves delicious food at a reasonable price and at an accurate time, as ordered.
We enjoyed our two-day stay with family and children.
Recommended for a peaceful and caring service.

according to the price range it's fine to stay overnight, but rooms are not so clean, bed sheets are also dirty. cockroaches everywhere. bathrooms were cleaned enough.

Hotel location, food, staff behaviour all is good. bathroom is also clean but i don't know why they keep their beds and pillows in torned condition. bedsheet are old, stained. towels are having big holes in it. don't know how they got star ratings.
