The hotel is located at a good location from where one can easily go around Port Blair but the staff are lethargic

Services are very poor. Poor response against complaints. Rooms are not as good as shown in the *** hotel photos. Only positive thing is it situated near to the airport and heart of the Portblair city. Much better hotels are available in the same area with the same price.

Although we had prebooked our room many days ago through Goibibo, they made us wait for around 30 mins at the check in counter as the room was not ready. Their check out time is 8:00 A.M. and we reached at around 6:00 P.M. We even confirmed our arrival time through telephonic conversation with them in the afternoon. Even then, they didn't keep our rooms ready. After check in, we found that towels were not available and it took them another 20 mins to give us towels.

hotel is centrally located in center of city which is easily accessible to airport, phoenix bay jetty and all other sight seeing . hotel has a gud restaurant and excellent staff service . all over its value of money.

Aparupa is conveniently located for tourists. Its reception staff are quite efficient and helpful, its service staffs are polite. Bar and restaurant serves good food and drinks - in a word good place for a short stay.
