Receptionist are good and flexible. Room,beds,pillows are clean and ac is working good. They provide towel, bathroom things, water bottle and hot water if requested. 24/7 Hot water is available in bathroom . just a normal pleasant stay A normal, well maintained decent hotel for work related and travel related short stays

nice place to stay for work or for travel. Hotel is little costly for the room and amenities they provide. Receptionist are flexible and helpful. Better book in goibibo as the direct receptionist room Booking is costly .its a pleasant stay. just a normal, clean well air conditioned room with hot water availability.

dirty fan and bed back cushion, they don't bother to clean their own assets. toilet seat was leaking during flush... also TV remote was not working, on asking to replace it, staff just hit on the hand and gave it to us.... but it was not working properly during my stay. poor hygiene in the buffet breakfast area.. sand flies were there around the eatable. need to improve the service and hygiene. also matress was provided instead of bed.. my suggestion is to clearly mentions it during booking befo ...more

The hotel is in an industrial area quite close to highway, so it is at a quick pitstop location but the location available is wrong, that has to be updated by Hotelier. For parking follow the sign board, it is behind the hotel. Our room size was good but it needed electrical maintenance, service is fast. For clean sheets and pillow covers, it is better to inform them in advance. Also, the towels were shedding a lot of lint maybe due to harsh cleaning chemicals being used, it was getting stuck to skin.

quick and easy checkin, very professional and efficient room service, the rooms and the hotel overall was very clean and tidy. Ac works well ..the bed was good & neither too soft or hard. wifi though is occasionally weak. morning breakfast was alright. the hotel has a gym ..couldn't try it out though. All in all a good hotel especially for business people .
