children play area and free massage chairs were main attractions. The room stay was cozy. The restaurant was good, and the food quality was good. The staffs were well behaved and friendly. Worth for the money.

Hotel is cost effective, value for money. but this is 15-20 km far from Gulmarg. Hotels in Gulmarg are very costly. So considering this, Apple Tree Resort is a good option.
Food is okay but needs improvement.
Service is good, staffs are cooperative.
This is on plain, not in mountain. so temperature suits kids

Major electrical problems. Most of the time no electricity and when ask to start generator, staff refuse to do so. So hv to stay even without fan in summer season. when reported to staff they say hear 12 hrs there is no power and v hv to bear with them. Secondly heavy problem in wi-fi also.Horrible stay.

Hotel ambiance and services are good. Hotel is well located on Srinagar Gulmarg way. Few game gadgets available at reception area are entertaining for all ages. A scope of improvement in areas of lavatory and kitchen services is still there.
