1. It is a small property with 30 (approx) rooms.
2. The beach is not visible from ground floor rooms; maybe, visible from the 1st floor rooms. There are hardly 6 rooms on the 1st floor. We stayed on the ground floor.
3. But the beach is less than 100 meters away from the resort.
4. Food quality in the restaurant was excellent.
5. The room service was good, though there is no service available between 10:30 pm and 9 am.

Smooth check in and check out.
Very good location.
PATHETICALLY UNMANAGED SERVICE STAFFS busy with their personal routines like watching IPL.
They don't bother if guests want to have dinner or if there is any guest preferences for food.Seems if service staffs are paying the charges for food for the guest.
But restaurant manager allowed us to have food at the restaurant after 10:30 pm.Thanks to him.
Must say excellent FRONT OFFICE STAFFS/// HOUSEKEEPING STAFFS AND SECURITY BOTH GUARDS.
Hope the service improves soon for this hotel.
Will visit again soon !!!!

Best resort with a affordable budget. Though check in experience is not so much good. We have reached at around 9:30 am, but we got room at 1 pm. Otherwise it's a nice deal.

The food is extremely good and also the service.It's just that, 2nights for one couple room is too much without complementary breakfast. Also,Rooms were not ready when we arrived at 2PM when the check-in time is way before that.This must be done a little promptly.The music was too loud beyond control . I understand that it's 31st december and all but not everyone enjoys loud music.Overall A great place to stay.Will come back here again.
