no water bottle inside room thwre was a chruch so close you cant really sleep after 5 30 am and reception was not friendly

there are no cable channels to view in television
there are tv and dish available but the channels are not available
as a couple the checkin was smooth the experience in the hotel was good

1st no lift in the premises and i have to took my luggage which is around 40kg and no person is appointed rhat job amd i have to lift my two bag myself till 2nd floor, i find the basin in washroom was not that clean. the only good thing is that check out time receptionist kept my 1 bag as i have some work in kottayam and pic it latet in the evening
