The staff were really really helpful. But the hotel is old and has got it's own issues. The drainage was clogged most of the times. Kudos to staff for trying manage the guest even though the hotel has it's own flaws.

Everyhting was great, except the bed was not that comfortable (very large springs) and internet sometimes a bit slow or disappearing. Otherwise, amazing calm location with AC and everything you need.

The stay was nice and peaceful but the TV in the room was not working at all and the parking space is open and small. Service was fine and in overall it was fine for the amount spent

Location is good, nice quiet neighborhood upscale and close to the great French bakery for breakfast. Fort Kochi is 25’ by car.The two guys at the reception are mainly occupating the seat if at all present - no help there besides a friendly Indian smile

It's ok but there kitchen is not working they can't provide u tea .don't clean room everyday..I don't like these things

Thanks midun for your wonderfull service .Overall good and value for money. Breakfast is very good,Nothing spectacular about the place, just meets all the necessities. Rooms aren't that big but the property is in a very good location.easily access to all happening spots

Location was good.But not much happy with the stay. Booked master room to get the best room but it was just a basic room. It's showed looks good in the photos but it was different. Didn't get the feel of a boutique stay.
