Checked in the hotel at 1830 hrs . After going to the room it took half hour after repeated reminders for the hotel to provide basic things like toiletries and towels. It started raining at around 1930 hrs , soon the room was flooded with water. On informing the reception they offered to change and upgrade the room at extra cost of 4000. I agreed now the new room at 2200 in the night has an U/S intercom , the hotel has no solution. Pathetic n miserable! The airconditioner is leaking at2300. Do I need to say anything else?

The hotel is good but it is not a club Mahindra property. club Mahindra has taken 10 room on lease Food is good but very limited option on breakfast buffet .some time in breakfast and in evening no buffet was available No lift is available in hotel .

My stay at Aravali Hotel was quite pleasant . Location is good: not right into the city nor far away. Walking distance from city centre. Hotel building is really a boutique hotel. Staff is very courteous , well mannered. House keeping services are prompt. Only issue which one May face if there are people who are too elderly because one has to use stairs. Overall I got best treatment during my stay and would like to stay again if anytime I go to Mount Abu. Dr Harish / Dr Toshi.

There is huge notice in the washroom - Save water. And to get 1 bucket of hot water you have to drain away 3 buckets. What conservation are you talking about ? Wi-fi does not work. Patches of paints were coming out in room (no 233) . Hair dryer was there in one washroom but missing in another washroom (214). Pot was leaking (233). In the other washroom buttons had to pushed very hard to make it work (214). No locks for safety were available (214).

well maintained greenery within the hotel to give nice lush green view, it feels like resort. only negative is room size.

Hotel Aravali is truly a beautiful hidden gem in Mount Abu.It is a perfect place to enjoy your vacation..It has such scenic beauty with tortoises roaming around in the gardens and such calmness that one can easily fall in love with the place.The rooms are very well kept up. Although it does not have a swimming pool, the pool requirement is not felt much due to its highly maintained and beautiful property. It has one restaurant and it serves amazing and tasty food.
