hotel rooms not good
food was not at all good and I would rather prefer you go out for your meals
room service pathetic
no tea in morning .. no bon fire in night
parking of max 4 cars and the its on height so car parking is not easy
2 km far from mall road
I wont prefer to stay in this hotel

poor services quality... I had to run 4 times to reception to get hot water I'm morning.... no one pick a call at reception post 9:30pm to till 10:00 am .... after that hot water supply last only till 10 minutes .... I had to shout on with them then they provide me with two hot water buckets manually.... my driver recommend this hotel to me as I had to stay only one night at nainital ... I would not recommend it to any one .... ... even they were reluctant to provide me hotel bills or receipt on my checkout... ...........

luxury at low budget,n the surrounding of the hotel is awesome,i recommend that hotel who wd like to visit NANITAL,highly applauded
