Hotel and Staff both are good , very clean Room with supportive staff , But Vegetarian food quality is not satisfactory. But overall Hotel is Good the view is mesmerizing specially when the sun rays wake u up.

Hotel Arms was such a fantastic place to stay in Kalimpong. Clean and well-maintained rooms with a fantastic view of the mountains. The staff was extremely courteous and provided a smooth check-in and check-out experience. We had an amazing 2 day stay here!

As a whole, the hotel was good, neat and clean, well maintained. Manager 'Mr. Pawan' is a polite and well behaved person. But the following points have decreased my satisfaction:1) The room and bathroom was not at par with the property photos as seen at the time of booking, but I have been compelled to take the room allotted by the Manager of the hotel.2) Cost of food was too much higher than market rate.3) On the day of our check out, we had to use a bathroom of another room due to stoppage of ...more

The hotel rooms are clean and well maintained. The staff is also friendly. Having said that, the size of the room given to me was an issue. I booked a Deluxe room. But I have been given a very small standard room.
