it was a horrible stay. rooms were dirty, no clean towel and it seems like a lodge or hostel not hotel

No proper room service. most horrible experience was the monkey menace, which entered my room, created ruckus and took away my stuff. on complaint, the hotel employee were so casual about the incident.

It was the worst hotel of ajmer , don't book this hotel by seeing the pictures of rooms and hotel, service is worst staff behaviour not good , very dirty rooms and washrooms, even they didn't change the bed sheet and other clothes on beds ,it was really a bad experience

I booked Deluxe room for my father and sister they reached to hotel by 11:00 PM but the hotel management told that they don't have any room so they adjusted us in servant room.
This is simply ridiculous,when we asked to provide us the room which have booked and for which we have paid Rs.1600 they rudely told at 11:30 PM to go to any other hotel.
A completely unprofessional behavior and horrible service from the Arya Sheraton.
Please think twice to choose this hotel.
