i booked my room four days before my visit, but when i arrived, they informed me that i had to upgrade my room and pay the additional cost. apart from this, everything else was good.

Really happy with the service of the hotel. The staff is couteous and extremely helpful. The food is delicious and priced well and the overall amenities provided in the room are very good. The environment is quiet and there is no distubance at all. If you have a vehicle, then parking is available as well. Overall, I would highly recommend Ashira INN if someone is planning a trip to Greater Noida. 5 Stars from me!! The rooms are spacious and the hotel is located at a safe place as well. Also, there is no disturbance or noise. The staff is really helpful as well.

The stay was good, all the staff of the hotel are very polite & cooperative. It's a new property which is more value than money paid. The washroom is very nice, neat & clean with 2 pcs of pure new white towel. The bed and bedsheet was quite good as a 5-star hotel category. The food was good too from their own kitchen
