stayed for 2 days.first day ac not working.second day, they asked us to change the room, but due to shifting of luggages, not interested as there is no room boys.further no room service available.we ourselves go to restaurant below to bring even water.in total, had bitter experience. sorry sir, not taken any photos as we are senior citizens.

room was good, but the hotel team telling that they won't allow check-in in the morning even though I selected option for check in at 6 am. when I try contacting goibibo I didn't get any support, pathetic goibibo service. even I sent mail but didn't get any response. out side room is not good, room cleanness could have been improved.

hi team, thanks for asking the feedback. i don't have any photos because renovation work is going on in the ashok bhavan hotel. there are no issues in the room. but outside work is going on, so dust and unclean.

rooms are not cleaned,floor are are very dirty and no intercom working ,no room service and not a 1300 + place rooms are very dirty

Not recommended for family and even amyone, worst experience, staff so rude, no room service, But if someone wants to fight with the staff then book only 👎 no room service, ac not working, I leave early because of had so much issue.

The flexible check-in time which we opted from provided list was not acceptable by hotel people. As we reached hotel around 7.00am, instead of providing the room which was booked (1 x Four Bedroom A/c) they provided a double bed room as they said if we need the booked room we need to wait untill 12.00pm. When I asked like I provided check-in time by 6.00am then hotel people said, you provided but we didnt accept it. Instead you should have called us. though entrance view is not pleasing rooms are excellent very big and neat & clean. manager Mr Sundar was very cooperative. the hotel is very near Periyar bus stand and cost also about 1600/-. for this budget rooms are of very high quality. the place is very near and walkable distance to prominent areas like madurai junction, Meenakshi Amman temple.
