the stay was not so fine,
no hot water for bathing as the water geyser had technical issue, the hot water was given after multiple requests.
rooming cleaning was not prompt, the room was cleaned the next day after a second time request.
the reception was co- operative all the time. rest all other facilities were good and provided.
the reception people were helpful 👍
i would rate my stay with a 3.5 / 5 overall rating
it was a fine and affordable stay.

I booked 2 rooms in this hotel, one AC and one non AC for my family as there were kids i wanted two rooms to avoid any hassle. However it turned out to be a nightmare. The receptionist is not even worth having a conversation. 1. Extremely rude and unprofessional receptionist 2. Very untidy and mouldy rooms3. Toilets are pathetic, no toilet seats, not even a hand wash4. AC in the AC room doesnt work.5. pungent smell in both rooms6. Service is zero7. I paid for breakfast included, they didn't even bother until my parents asked mutilple times and breakfast was sent by 11 am Everything!

Need to provide hot water 24 hours. Right now hot water start from 6:00 am.Breakfast is arranged from outside and fix menu. No juice or any butter item available.Yellow light is provided in room but it should be white light.Room is not exactly shown in presentation picture.AC is working at fix temperature and not more cooling.Average staying. However there is no complaint about cleaning.

Amenities mentioned in the description of the hotel doesn't meet.
No laundry service available.
No housekeeping.
On top of that animal(cat) into our room.
No basic amenities available.
Based on this, I found the hotel a bit expensive.

everything is fine. staff behaviour also good. they very well mannered. prime location. but ventilation not in room. otherwise overall I got good experience.
