The room was comfortable , geyser and AC working fine, service was good and staff's behaviour is courteous. The food I ordered for dinner was good too. The only issue I have was that the room was in 3rd floor and they do not have a lift. I stayed only during night and was for work the whole day, so it was not a big problem for me.

Staffs are extremely helpful, Services are prompt and fast, Cleanliness are good with hygiene expect non flexible check in check out time in a small remote town like Krishnanagar as i have checked in 12 am around so requested owner for check out around 12 to 1 but denied as there was plenty of room vaccant that time.This check in check out time personally monitored by owner rest all okay

Location is away from the Railway station, staffs are good and helping, clean and clear hotels , less on amenities: no toiletries were offered, LED tv is available but only free to air channels subscribed.

Love this hotel, great staff service, very friendly and helpful ! Great location and very close from the Busstand.

The stay was very good, location was excellent, didn't faced any such issues, staffs & services were perfect and cleanliness was also up to the mark.Even the room was also very comfortable & well-maintained.Overall had a great experience.

Had a brilliant stay. Cannot fault hotel. It was clean, in a good location, The staff were extremely helpful. Would definitely recommend and would certainly stay here again

Dirty rooms. Flush is not working. Washroom is small and looks dirty. Poor room service.
