The AC does not work, but only on a timely basis. It is centrally controlled and you cannot do anything about it. No consideration for the customers. The staff is not really helpful and would ask for extra money for any services.

Hotel is good and hospitality is very nice specially abid...but there is 1 major reason to to write the review...we are stay 5 nights but there is not working wifi properly...day one we told front desk about wifi but after five days wifi not working...

The staff is friendly and manager very helpful. However, the suite room, although very big did not have many of the facilities mention in the booking because they were under maintenance. Fridge was not working, there were no bathrobes, at times the water pressure was not right and wifi wasn't functioning. They tried to rectify some of the problems and were very polite, but they need to get everything in place. When people come to stay, they are paying for all the facilities.
