Aura is a very neat and clean property in Shillong staffs behaviour also good and in main location.... don't go through the bad reviews just go and stay there..

Worst hotel I have ever stayed with.
You can not bring your car to the hotel, you need to pull your bags 100_150 mts from road to reach the hotel.
Rooms are smalls , stinky and quite dirty, no sunlight, no fresh air, cockroach was roaming around in the room.
Staffs are not supportive. It was pathetic experience.
Please do not stay here with family.

worst behiour by the staff in reception , no door mats in the room, soap is leaking all over the bathroom which is very slippery. overall very very very bad experience.

Delux Room is very small , no ventilation .Delux room tarrif charge very high. Bathroom amenities not available as toothbrush, comb , toothpaste etc. Body wash container in bathroom not working. Hotel has no own kitchen . food is very costly & tasteless.
As I prefer Delux room for family but it is very small & uncomfortable.
