The rooms were very Near, just beside another room and lift in front of the rooms, and the washrooms weren't that good and mainly mosquitoes were there in the room, pillow covers bedsheets were not clean and water bottles also not provided in the room, Regular water they've kept and it wasn't good. And WiFi is not there in Rooms they said we need to come down for wifi, unable to work without wifi. worst service and worst hotel worst experience, they even charge the plates which we have eaten for extra, no proper wifi facility in to the rooms, if any office work related please dont choose this hotel, and also no proper facilities regarding RO water too they have only one bottle facility which they will refill after every completion.

they charge for cutlery the housekeeping staff came inside the room by opening the lock from outside using the master key they rooms had moulds with moisture smell trapped there were mosquitoes no wifi available in the room

room is okay 👍 but price is high It's far from city center there is nothing nearby just a residential area. staff and food is good 3.5

Very nice experience of staying in Aureole Mrida Lonavala, Nice and vast breakfast also food. stayed over here for 4 days with my family. staff are very humble and friendly. Narayani Dham is very nearby any time you can visit

The staff was rude and in breakfast we ordered aalu parataha which was not cooked properly and in the night the electricty was not there for 1 hour and the tiles of the washroom was broken and there was weeird smell coming the bed was also not comfortable very bad management 👎🏻
