i was given a free upgrade on the app but i did not get a free upgrade at the hotel. they said its booked but the hotel was empty but still i was not given an upgrade on my booking. it was a horrible experience

Not worth the price. Rooms were very small. You can get a better looking and a larger room in other hotels for the price that you pay here. Called room service to order chicken biryani and they confirmed it. 2 mins later they call and say they're out of it. Then the same thing happened with Paneer fried rice. Confirmed and then called again to say that they're out. Bathroom lights were very dim that you could barely see yourself in the room. Washrooms were also very small. Location is good and balcony was good.

The hotel is really good, it has all the amenities , staff is good. Looking forward to visit this hotel once again. Only one problem is no early checkin, if this can be possible in future that will be really good. Rest , hotel is awesome.

The stay was great. Good location, clean rooms, very cooperative staff and a good breakfast buffet.
