Pathetic Service. we checked in at Hotel at 6.45 PM and till 10.45 PM kept on complaining on AC issues. looks like we have taken a Guest House.
Even Guest House Service is better than such high luxury Hotels.

Very Poor.On Reaching Receptionist asked if I had booked their hotel or some other hotel by same name as my name was not showing up initially in their records. Later they were able to figure out after making me wait. My luggages were carried by me without any assistance. On asking for 1 spoon he said it's chargeable. The hotel is only busy organizing events. Worst Experience.

Hotel was bellow avg and they charge above avg.
they need renovation, only reception is maintaine to pull the customers.

The hotel is very old and has very poor quality rooms. Restaurant staff don't bother to serve water also, huge attitudes especially some ones. It's upper grade of Lodge category. I suggest it is not suitable for family and business trips.
