Complimentary breakfast must be improved. Floor cleaning of the room was not there. However room was quite good with cleaned pillows & blankets.

The room was budget-friendly and the food was delicious. I would recommend this hotel as there are no such good hotels in the nearby area.

Booked this hotel (at 11:30pm) on our way to Manali for an overnight stay and to sleep as we were tired.
There was nobody at the hotel when we reached except a person in his 70s. He had no idea what booking was, asked questions for almost half an hour. He tried calling someone but nobody picked up his calls. Finally, he gave us a room and then we left after 5 hours after catching up on some sleep
- Location near Railway crossing. Train horn every couple of hours
- Room's window and door latches were defective, we couldn't lock anything
