Stay in this hotel is my wrost experience,because they are hungry for money,they searching for the options how can they take more and more money from customers For example i stayed in that hotel and one of my friend come to meet me at that hotel,so he stayed with me for 2-3 hrs After that when i checkout the hotel they take 500 ruppes as a extra charge for resting my friend 2-3 hrs duration So overall they are greedy and room services are also very slow,small room.

The behaviour and way of talking of reception incharge there was not tolerable..I stayed there from 17-6-2018 to 18-6-2018. That single body person was full of attitude and he belevied he was some thing..

The staff is rude. The conditions inside the rooms are not as per the photos. Without providing any services, they levy mandatory service charge@10%. And when confronted with facts that a consumer can deny service charge, they say you can go to any court. It's a request to you all that kindly don't go to this hotel ever.

Items in Menu card are not available, somebody by the name Deepak in housekeeping picked up the phone at reception and misbehaved for non availability of dessert.

Hotel is good.. everything is clean and managed . location is not very attractive. but the price I got through go ibibo. is good. I dislike the think most.. When I asked the way of dargah from hotel.. a staff on reception told me plz wait .. I will arrange someone to walk with you for ajmer.. I thought it good service.. but that person forced us for buying chader for thair commision.. that think I dislike tha most.. in ajmer everbody wanted to cheat you..

Its a satisfactory stay, Hotel facilities were good enough and Service and all are very good. No trouble as such with it. Hotel is located in a good location and very convenient. Room is very comfortable
