the hotels are very ordinary and not value for money at the new jalpaiguri railway station area. they work on the premise that a client has no real option

Pros : Hotel was very close to Railway station and rooms were huge with three beds and staff were supportive. They have a calling bell direct from your room which was good. cons : It is a 1 star hotel but the room charges were like 3 star hotel, with no breakfast or anything included in it. Rooms were not clean and bedsheets were dirty with all stains and beware of mosquitoes 🦟 and room was stinking with cigrette smell. Restaurant was not functioning, you have to eat outside of restuarant which is at walkable distance.

न्यू जलपाइगुडी रेलवे स्टेशन से पैदल दूरी पर स्थित है, होटल नाम का है, लाज स्तर की सुविधा उपलब्ध है, भोजन की सुविधा उपलब्ध नहीं है, रात गुज़ारने एवं एकल यात्री के लिए अच्छा है।

staffs are cooperative and well behaved. Room quality at par, not very clean. Location is good. Price wise not bad hotel.

A great budget accomodation. Very near to NJP railway station. Good food and hospitality. Highly recommended.

Can improve the quality of service. the chair given in the room was in worst condition. I believe next time they will improve

Bathroom water tap (hot water) not functioning. So couldn't use hot water. Bathroom Door makes sound while operating. It creates noise and disturb all the time. Door Lock of room rusted and not smooth. It created pain to us as well as occurred an accident. Though the room is not worth of money paid but location was good.
