the room was so small that you can't move without hitting yourself, they refused to give fresh towels on the next day, its mentioned complimentary breakfast but it was just for name sake

The hotel is located in a prime location however damn noisy and crowded. No lift in the hotel. Rooms are very very small. Have space for only one person when I booked a superior deluxe room. No windows. Since this is a new hotel, no complaints with cleanliness. Bathroom towels are cheap quality. In the name of breakfast you will get tea and snacks only.Hotel management is not taking any strict measures to care about the privacy of each person.
