Stay was very comfortable and the staffs were very helpful and friendly especially Pancham Tamang who help me a lot and made my stay a satisfied one. must visit.

I stayed there with family. And overall experience was so pleasant. My kids enjoyed a lot. And cherry on the top was Food from the Barsaana restaurant. It was one of the most delicious breakfasts I had as of now. Definitely would like to recommed this place.

after a long drive from kolkata we reach hotel at 9.15 am. the **** at the reception welcome with a ignorent face which seems to me that we are not welcomed at the hotel as we were not well dressed up. she informed us that before 12 she can't allocate is a room as all are occupied. I told her that we are in a elite package and as per the package if rooms available then we can get it 2 hrs before. but after waiting half an hour she allocate us a room. rooms are nice and well decorated.
