We have booked the most expensive rooms in the hotel. We reached 2 pm and found 1 room available and one occupied. The available room had faulty AC, so offering us ground fool room which was half of booking price. We were forced to take the faulty AC room. Then found water dampening on the beds due to heavy rain. Their ceiling work is poor. The owner or receptionist was rude and telling us to cancel the booking and go away. Beds were moved to avoid water drops from ceiling. Whole night getting w ...more

After my 3rd visit this October to baywatch in the last 10 years [2015 and 2018]:Pros:1. Location๐๐พ Its main and probably only selling point... Right on beach with an inviting and relaxing bar/restro... Not sure if its owner A. Krishna Kumar understands the underlying drawbacks of running this facility.... Overall experience very disappointing especially from the photos i saw i booked but in actual when i saw it is a very old and below-average property. Poorly maintained. Very disappointed and worthless
